Jennifer Dotter
Jennifer Dotter, President & CEO, brings business development, sales and leadership skills to OGA. Spending over 25 years with the company, Jennifer has a strong background in all aspects of the business. She earned her CIC designation in 1997 and was appointed as Secretary & Treasurer of OGA in 1999. Jennifer assumed the position of CEO in 2008. Jennifer’s keen sense of business has led to successful partnerships on the company and agency level. As CEO, Jennifer has implemented programs and practices that have improved the overall capabilities of OGA. Jennifer is driven by honest, hard work and is loyally invested in the future of OGA.

Rex Stachmus
Rex Stachmus is an experienced senior level property and casualty executive skilled in branch sales, marketing and underwriting management. With over 35 years of industry experience, Rex is adept in developing and directing multi-functional organizations. Rex motivates, empowers and encourages staff members to reach individual and organizational goals. As Director of Underwriting & Agency Management, Rex has implemented strategies and fostered relationships that have facilitated the growth of OGA and our valued partners. Rex's underwriting, sales and agency management skills have enhanced the success of OGA and led us to offer a better, stronger service to our company and agency partners.  

Greg Rubel
Greg Rubel is a senior level insurance executive who has enjoyed a successful career in the Excess & Surplus lines industry.  He spent nearly 30 years working for several E&S insurance companies before moving to the wholesale broker side and brings his leadership, finance, underwriting and marketing skills to OGA.  Greg achieves success by envisioning and developing effective growth strategies based on careful market analysis and inspiring teams to deliver outstanding customer service.  At OGA, as Director of Corporate Development, his role is to assist in the expansion of the firm primarily through the growth of its excess and surplus lines business.
